What are my shifts: usually Thursday – Sunday
What makes this bar great: My favorite thing is that everyone is welcome. We are an all inclusive space for everyone to come as they are. No discrimination, no bias, no judgement. A safe space for everyone
Best drink I make: Old fashioned is my favorite thing to make
I love it when customers: ask me for another round, because they loved my drink
I hate it when customers: don’t realize they’re not the only people here, and I have a full bar to attend to
Craziest thing I’ve seen here: I actually got to meet Dominique Jackson (from Pose) last year
Other places I’ve worked: I started my bartending career at an Olive Garden, then moved into a casual tequila bar; now experimenting with the nightlife scene
My hometown: Clifton, NJ
Stuff I do when I’m not bartending: Working out and exercising are my vices. I love spending time in the gym and outdoors, so going on hikes or just being in nature is where you’ll find me
Single or Taken: Taken, happily. I love my Beeb (that’s this nickname)
Who/what turns me on: When people know exactly what they want
Favorite music: House beats, Latin fusion, hip hop
Favorite movie or TV show: Bob’s Burgers is my comfort show
Favorite drag queen: The one and only house queen herself, Kimmy Sumony
My drag name would be: HABIBI
Favorite gogo boy: Magnifique, I wouldn’t call him a gogo boy, his art-form is Boylesque. More upscale and seductive, alluring and sensual rather than hot and raunchy
Favorite DJ: This is a tough one. I love my boys DJ Dramos and DJ U.F.Oso. If I had to pick one it would probably be Dramos.
Other stuff you need to know about me: I love doing what I do. I love bartending and making new drinks or creating new cocktails for my guests. Another fun fact I’m fluent in 3 languages English, Arabic, and Spanish.
