How long I’ve worked there: 3 Dollar Bill, I’ve been there since late spring 2021, and Rebar from fall 2022
What are my shifts: I am mostly at G lounge these days on Friday and Saturday nights
What makes this bar great: [G Lounge] Working under a new management team that’s excited to get the business back to its glory days is super inspiring to me. I would love to see that as well, so it makes me feel like I too am part of this journey.
Best drink I make: I make amazing Old fashions, and Cosmos. I went through phases where it was all I’d drink. I’d be damned if mines suck
I love it when customers: Bring me food! I love chicken fingers, wings, cakes and sour candy
I hate it when customers: Get a little too aggressive with the flirting. A cute conversation is nice, but demanding my undivided attention when I’m clearly working is A LOT
Craziest thing I’ve seen here: My hair. God knows I’m still trying to figure it out.
Other places I’ve worked: I’ve worked at E Zoo, a bunch of high end hotel bars, and some stadiums
My hometown: Brooklyn is home. Raised in Bed Stuy baby! But my heart will forever be in Bushwick. I love it so much
Stuff I do when I’m not bartending: I’m a singer, so I’m either reading or writing new work to keep me grounded.
Single or Taken: I belong to the world. Or the streets. Or maybe both.
Who/what turns me on: I love someone with a point of view. Not a strict point of view, but an outlook at life that’s specific to their experience whilst still being open to new ones.
Favorite music: Currently obsessed with Afro house, deep house and Pop music. Lady Gaga’s Mayhem is a masterpiece
Favorite movie or TV show: I’ve been obsessed with the Godfather movies for the past year. Something about loyalty and family that really speaks to me
Favorite drag queen: I have a deep respect for Janelle No. 5 and her work ethic. I also love Pietra Parker and how passionate she is about her work and how it connects to her community. (PS, they both always look put together!)

Favorite gogo boy: Devan Meji, Pete, Rio and Gabrièl Reyes are definitely up there.
Favorite DJ: I love Efe Ramirez, JCLEF, Alpha Moses, and Luca Drelli. They are so underrated and understand music and are so passionate about what they do. They deserve the world.
