What are my shifts: Tuesday through Saturday, mostly nights

What makes this bar great: We are an all inclusive LGBQTIA+ bar that offers a safe space for everyone. We serve craft cocktails, have a huge food menu & an amazing atmosphere for anyone.

Best drink I make: Espresso Martini hands down

I love it when customers: Know how to order properly, especially when in a big group.

I hate it when customers: Ask for something vague like, “make me something sweet.” Or ask “what’s your favorite drink to make?” My answer always: a Corona, hah!

Craziest thing I’ve seen here: A man had me charge him for a soda just so he can tip me $100. When I asked why he said “just ’cause.”

Other places I’ve worked: Hush Bar and a ton of spots back home.

My hometown: Stony Brook, New York, Long Island–or as we say, “Lawnguyland.”

Stuff I do when I’m not bartending: I love to read and write in my spare time. I also love to cook and bake, and always look forward to my weekly Monday night dinners at my besties place.

Who/what turns me on: Food! I’m a sucker for a home cooked meal or a nice restaurant.

Favorite music: My taste varies from 90’s nostalgia, to pop, some Broadway, and old school rock and roll.

Favorite movie or TV show: Jurassic Park will forever be my favorite all time movie. Currently for TV shows I’m binging The Gilded Age Season 2, as well as Big Mouth and the new Hulu Goosebumps.

Favorite drag queen: My friends are 98% drag queens, so to choose one is hard. I’m sure they’ll all read this now and press me for an answer, hah!

My drag name would be: Gabby Goo (how the Italian Americans say Capicola)

Favorite gogo boy: Are y’all trying to get my friends mad at me? Haha

Favorite DJ: &Drew and Skittlez. Both of them are amazing at their craft, and lovely people to work with.

Other stuff you need to know about me: I’m a bit of a workaholic, but will always find time for my friends and family. I also want to give a special shoutout to my owner Bryan and my General Manager Cliona. They are two amazing, hard working individuals and treat us with the the most respect. This bar wouldn’t run without them and my other amazing coworkers.
