How long I’ve worked there: Since Christmas Day 2017
What are my shifts: I’m there at least 4 times a week, anywhere from happy hour to late night. But I will always be there Fridays happy hour downstairs 6pm-10pm. Usually work that in a jockstrap 😉
What makes this bar great: The diversity! We have such a great diverse crowd and such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone fits in there.
Best drink I make: I can make a fuckin’ dope ass margarita and old fashion.
I love it when customers: Want to talk. I like entertaining customers and making them laugh. It helps the shift go by faster, and I love getting to know people.
I hate it when customers: Dance / try to have a lip sync off with a drag queen or a gogo boy when they don’t have any money for them. These entertainers work for tips and you are getting in their way. So step to the side Amber and let them shine and make their money.
Craziest thing I’ve seen here: Bjork at Spunk night (gogo boy party on Thursdays)

Favorite music: pretty much pop from all eras.
Favorite movie or TV show: 30 Rock is my favorite tv show
Favorite drag queen: Agh this is hard. I’m not gonna name anyone I know because I know too many queens and I don’t want anyone to get jealous so I’ll be basic and pick a mainstream queen and say Trixie Mattel. She makes me laugh so hard and her music is actually pretty good.
My drag name would be: Uma Berkley (first pet and street I lived on in my hometown)

Favorite DJ: Dj Nesto!
Other stuff you need to know about me: I came to New York from Argentina when I was 7 years old. I am currently under DACA, which is under attack by the Trump administration. So if you want me to continue living in this country and serving you drinks in my jockstrap… RESIST!
